I cannot express enough how helpful, friendly and caring my titration nurse has been. I highly recommend psychiatry uk and the nurses and pharmacist that work with you throughout. They keep you updated on all your prescription needs and the nurses work with you to find the best treatment for you.

Kate is an excellent nurse & having been through this process myself & for my son, I can definitely recommend. I felt very supported throughout & found being able to message with any queries really helpful. I will be using this route again as the waiting lists are too long where I live & mental health underpins everything.

Kate was very attentive to my choices in delivering my care and it was lovely to be her patient.

I really appreciated that, even if the process is done through an online portal, if I needed to have a phone call with my titration nurse, it was made available to me. One thing I would asked to be improved was there to be more reminders in regards to weekly treatment response reports as when life gets busy, one tends to forget it quite quickly!
